Fumé
- 2oz Smoked Whiskey or Mezcal
- 1oz Grapefruit Fleur de Sel
- 1/2oz Lime Juice
-Combine all in a glass with ice and a splash of sparkling water.
-Garnished with a Grapefruit twist and sprig of rosemary.
